GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: |

1. |
Obtain a N1,000 Teller for Adminstrative charges and a Scratch Card for N500 from either Inter-Continental or IBTC Chartered Bank to register online |
|
|
|

2. |
After completing the Application Form, click on SUBMIT button to confirm if your Registration is successful. If not, do as you are directed by the system |

|
On successful Registration, the completed Application Form will be displayed with your Passport Photograph. Print two copies of the Application Form for submission on the day of the Screening Exercise on SATURDAY, September 29, 2007. |

Please check and note your FORM NO. on the Application form. |
|
|
5. |
Also note that you are required to submit a copy of your N1,000 BANK TELLER on the day of Screening. |
|
|
6. |
On successful registration, you can print your Application Form any time by selecting appropriate option from the Available Tasks in the next page. |
|
|
7. |
Your SCREENING CENTRE will be indicated on the Application Form. |

|

Any Candidate who printed his/her Application Form on or before Thursday, 6th September 2007 will not see the Teller Number on the printed Form. Such Candidate should re-print the Form in order to show the Bank Teller Number. PLEASE, INFORM OTHERS. |

10. |
Candidates who Selected OAU either as 1st or 2nd Choice and Scored minimum of 200 are qualified to register for OAU Post-UME Screening. |
|
|
|
|
11. |
Calculators, Organisers and Handsets are not allowed during the POST-UME Screening on 29th September 2007. |
|
|
|
|
